Sugar Brown AI is a product of the Raw & Unplugged Podcast, hosted by DJRy-Fiyahh and Real Deal Neal. We built this AI coaching tool to give real, personalized relationship and self-improvement advice to our audience.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Your messages and questions — sent to Anthropic's API to generate Sugar Brown's responses. These are not stored on our servers.
• Your email address — only if you create an account. Stored securely via Netlify Identity.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Conversation history — for premium users only, saved locally in your browser (localStorage). This never leaves your device unless you clear it yourself.
• Basic usage data — Netlify may collect anonymous analytics such as page visits. No personally identifiable information is included.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate AI coaching responses through Sugar Brown
• Manage your account and subscription
• Process your payment securely
• Improve the quality of our service

We do not use your conversations for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond delivering Sugar Brown's coaching response.

4. Third-Party Services

Sugar Brown AI uses the following trusted third-party services:

• Anthropic — powers the AI responses. Your messages are sent to their API. Anthropic does not use API conversations to train their models. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — hosts this website and manages user accounts. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — processes all payments. We never store your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your conversations are not stored on our servers. Each session is independent. When you close the browser, your conversation is gone unless you are a premium user with history saving enabled — in which case it is saved only in your browser's local storage.

Your account information (email and subscription status) is protected by Netlify's enterprise-grade security infrastructure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and any associated data
• Ask what information we hold about you
• Opt out of any marketing communications
• Clear your local conversation history at any time through the app

7. Children's Privacy

Sugar Brown AI is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used this service, please contact us immediately.
